Browse our products online and click on the item you wish to buy. Once selected add it to the shopping cart. After you have finished your order, click on checkout. You will then be asked for login details or to register an account with us if you are a new customer.

What payments do you accept?
We accept payment by Pay Pal and credit/debit card through our online secure checkout.

Can I collect my order from your warehouse?
Yes. When you  finish your order , please contact us to arrange a time for your collection.

About Delivery

How quickly my order will be dispatched?
Our delivery days are Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays)
If we receive your order by 13:00 we will dispatch your order on the same business day.
Orders received after 13:00 will be sent out the following business day.
 
How do I know that my order has been dispatched?

What if my goods are damaged?
Please let us know as soon as you receive your goods. Email us a clear photo of the damaged item to sales@beadsandjewellery.co.uk. All validated claims will be dealt with and we will either send you a replacement or issue you with a full refund.
 
About return and exchange

No hassle Returns

Unused Item return with 30 Days
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you are not totally satisfied, you can return unused items within 30 days for exchange or a full refund.
Please enclose a copy of your invoice and state the reason for the return. If you want to exchange the goods please tell us what you would like instead. A full refund will be made immediately upon return of the goods in PERFECT CONDITION AND IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
We cannot credit returns which either fail to arrive or are damaged because of poor packaging.
We do not refund postage costs unless the item is faulty or arrives damaged due to delivery.

PLEASE CHECK ALL GOODS BEFORE MAKING UP JEWELLERY.
We are unable to accept returns after 30 days.
